If you wish to appeal a final decision on programme approval made by the NMC, please contact them at QATeam@nmc-uk.org. Your correspondence will then passed on to the NMC’s Corporate Legal Services for further consideration.

Complaints Procedure

 

The NMC response to concerns and handling complaints about the QA delivery partner Mott MacDonald can be found in the QA Handbook.

Complaints regarding the quality of all QA activities can be can be found in section 6, paragraph 334 of the QA Handbook.
