Programme approval report templates

Programme approval/modification report templates are not provided by the QA Link. All report templates must be downloaded by visitors from this website, for each and every report that is being completed to ensure that the most up to date version of the template is being used.

Templates are provided below for visitors to use when writing the initial draft programme approval report (IDPAR) and final programme approval reports (FPAR) for approval, modification and/or endorsement visits.

To download the report, please click on the link and save a version of the template. The following naming convention should be used when saving the report:

AEI name type of programme type of visit type of report report stage (date of sending the report)

For example, University of ABC pre registration nursing approval report IDPAR 17082020
