The QA Link went live on 17 August 2020. QA Link is the NMC’s modernised IT system for supporting education quality assurance activities, replacing the QA Hub system (provided by Mott MacDonald). The QA Link brings together the functionality of the approved programme database and the previous QA Hub system. All existing ongoing requests have been transferred over from QA Hub at their current stage in the QA process.
The approach to quality assurance remains the same and will still be completed through the gateways process. Full quality assurance processes are outlined in the NMC QA handbook.
To support AEIs and visitors of the new system the NMC have a dedicated helpdesk support you with any queries or faults on the QA Link. For example, logging in to the QA Link, password re-sets and difficulty viewing/accessing gateways.

Mott MacDonald will continue to provide a helpdesk to assist you with any queries around scheduling activity (including contracts, fees, visit dates, and so on). Plus, we have the professional team on call to help with any professional queries (including NMC requirements, conditions for a visit, and so on).
